2026 Football Head Coaches

JEREMY BRYNER - JR. PEE WEE

Hi, my name is Jeremy Bryner, and I will be the Head Coach for the Jr. Pee Wee division for the 2026 season. I’m excited to lead a season that is focused on fundamentals, fun, and success. My experience leading up to this opportunity includes playing youth football and baseball since I was 7 years old. I also played both sports in high school, but chose to focus on football during my time in junior college.

I served as an offensive coordinator at Del Campo High School in 1999 for one season before moving on. Since then, I have coached Little League and travel baseball. Most recently, I coached at West Park Jr. Panthers football, where I spent two years as an offensive coordinator and one year as an assistant coach. This past season, I transitioned to Woodcreek and served as an assistant coach on last year’s Pee Wee team.

My goals are simple: to teach fundamental football, ensure athletes enjoy coming to practice, love competing in games, and prepare them not only for this season but for the years ahead. I am honored and excited for the 2026 season.

TROY REDMAN - PEE WEES

Coach Troy is a Marine Corps veteran dedicated to the athletic and character development of young athletes. He played football throughout high school and in the Marine Corps. This is his 4th year coaching football and 3rd year as a head coach. Coach Troy has also coached youth wrestling for 6 years, is a former Marine Corps Martial Arts Instructor, and has been a Personal Fitness Trainer for over 10 years.

When it comes to team success, Coach Troy says, “Confusion breeds chaos”. “Only through effective communication, at all levels, can we ensure that our team goals will be achieved. I also encourage young athletes to have a champion mindset. To me, a champion mindset is to never give up when faced with challenges. I strive to teach that our shortcomings do not define us, they simply present opportunities for us to improve and grow”. Coach Troy’s goal this season is to develop each players’ athletic ability, cultivate strong team bonds, and create a solid foundation that all players can carry with them in the future

Prior to this role, he served at Union Mine High School from 2020 to 2022 as Athletic Director and later as Head Football Coach for one season, where he led the program to an 18–1 overall record and secured SVC league titles at both the JV and Varsity levels.
