WJT Cancellation Process

What is the cancellation policy?

We will provide a refund of your registration fee, according to the date schedule below:  

5/31 or prior: Full refund less any credit card fees 

 6/1 - 7/31: Full refund minus $75 to cover the cost of spirit items 

 No refunds will be issued as of 8/1

How long does it take?

Cancellations and refunds will be processed as soon as possible upon receipt. Once processed, it will take 5-7 business days for your refund to be deposited in your account.
