TROY REDMAN - JR PEE WEE

This is his 3rd year coaching football and 2nd year as a head coach. Coach Troy also coaches youth wrestling, is a former martial arts instructor, and has been a personal trainer for 10 years.

When it comes to team success, Coach Troy says, "Confusion breeds chaos. Only through effective communication, at all levels, can we ensure that our team goals will be achieved. I also encourage young athletes to have a champion mindset. To me, a champion mindset is to never give up when faced with challenges. I strive to teach that our shortcomings do not define us, they simply present opportunities for us to improve and grow."

A little bit about me, I'm married to my beautiful wife Brandy, and dad to my son Olan and daughter Gemma. I've been coaching youth football since 2014, from ages 5-14, and coached baseball for a few seasons. I grew up in Citrus Heights CA and went to Mesa Verde High School. While at MV, I played quarterback and strong safety for our team and was a wrestler. After my high school years, I logged over 350 games of competitive flag football and played in my high school's alumni football league.
